Not a hotel for the independent traveler. I was put in a room above reception over looking the dinning room roof and with a big air conditioning unit (this effects all of the rooms on the north east side of the hotel), was was switched on at 7.30am until 10.30 and then 5.30pm to 9pm. I found the hotel very noisy, even though it seemed to be full of old people there was a lot of bang and crashing during the night. Also the hotel did not provide 'Do not disturb signs' to hang on the door. With that, I had to lodge a chair against the door as there was no lock or chain.
On the plus side the actual location of the hotel is great for Santa Eulalia and the furnishing and bedding was excellent.
This hotel is equivalent is a UK 2-3 star hotel...
