With the goal of offering a new tourist
service on the Island of Ibiza, the Stella Maris Club is developing
an activity related to Natural Health.
The concept of Natural Health
presently covers a multitude of disciplines that we have recovered
from ancient culture. From the European Druid tradition and Indo
European Shamanism. Mesopotamian, Egyptian and Roman Greek medicine.
Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese medicine. These have all shared
a series of basic principles on which man has aimed to recover
his optimum health.
All of these cultures have
shared therapeutic systems for centuries, and get satisfactory
results towards lengthening and improving the quality of life.
The growing interest in the
West, for therapeutic systems that aim at recovering health in
a natural way, has set off a gradual process of recuperation
and investigation of these ancestral techniques, proving not
only their efficiency, but also their simplicity.
With this philosophy, the
therapeutic team chosen to work in Stella Maris is initiating
a program of Natural Health that covers all the concepts of these
ancient techniques together with the present advances in the
name Biological Medicine. Worth mention is the Mediterranean
climate, which, together with the exceptional location of StellaMaris
in the hub of nature, invites us for a relaxing holiday.
