The hotel web page including other web sites are misleading since the hotel does not resemble anything like the various descriptions. There is nothing unique about the hotel; the garden is petite with no special beauty. The pool and pool area grey and dull and the rooms are dark, small, simple and in a need of refurbishing. There’s a lot of fuss about the small old 12 inch TV/DVD/CD (all in one). In the mini bar there is a sign telling guests the mini-bar is to be used exclusively for the hotel products, all other items will be removed and thrown away. By reading the description the hotel seems to be situated in a pretty setting on the countryside. This is obviously not the reality. The hotel is situated in the middle of a smallish village, next to the main trafficked road and a supermarket on one side and on the other sides there are large hotels which are playing loud music during the night for its teenaged guests. There are large buildings on all the other sides of the hotel. There are no views from the hotel; you can not see the sea or any nature. The village offers nothing, and the nearby beach is not very tempting. Moreover, the manager is very rude, impolite and patronizing. The hotel demand you to pay 50 per cent of your total stay months in advance, a deposit they will not refund under any circumstances. They claim to offer a voucher for the unused amount, but that is not true. We decided to leave the hotel early and the manager became even more insolent and patronizing. He promised to refund the unused deposit if he could find new guests. This was in August and the whole island was swamped of tourists, so there was no problem to find new guests. With a friends help we found out the room had been taken, although when we confronted the manager with this he denied it, another words, lied to us. We have not yet seen any voucher from him either....

Disaster. One of the worse hotels I have ever stayed at. The room was dirty. The manager rude. The service terrible. And they tried to rip us off by putting us into a clean room and charging us more using our card details - without authorisation....
