the staff at san marino apartments are terrible within 2 hours of being at the hotel we were robbed obviously by the staff as there was no break in.they are not willing to help you they just pretend they cant undrestand english.we was not the only people to be robbed 4 other groups of english people were robbed.rang police but they was not willing to help.would not recommend any english going to the apartments...

i was very dissapointed with my stay at these apartments they were dirty and had nothing in them no kettle, oven, grill, so even tho self catering you was not actually able to cook. They had no plugs for the bath or sinks, shower was corroded, had rust all on the kitchen sink, plus only one sauce pan which was black!! dirty bed lined which would get made but not changed! The restaurant had apparently been shut for 2 years and the little cafe only sold expensive pringles chocolate and ice cream, at which 1 scoop of ice cream in a cone costs 3 euros. You are not allowed to eat any thing from out side e.g. sandwich or drink at the pool area if found you had 2 throw it in the bin but you couldnt buy anything there!! Water in bath came out yellow. phone did not work. Tv only in spanish! My grandsons toys got stollen from his bag in the luggage room the bag was returned 3 days later empty! Along with 9 other people who had clothes money after shave etc stolen from there rooms. We got left a note in the room saying 'we are not responsible for items which get stolen from the rooms'?? onlt 1 small wardrobe between 5 of us no chest of draws. No music was given like it says or no entertainment wat so ever. tiles were cracked on the floor n my 10 month old grandson scrapped all his knees crawling.oh and the 10 month old baby had a sofa bed to slep on no cot. Toilet brush was disgusting.oh and 2 top it all off, when we arrived, we had 2 wait 4 hours 2 get in to the room!! Would not reccommend to any1, ever!! ...
