Poor choice of food , either swimming in oil or bone dry, pools were filthy so were pool sides ,nothing for kids to do untill about 10 15pm at night, would not touch this Hotel ever again . This Hotel is now a one star not a three !!! ...

El peor sitio en el que he estado alojada. Las habitaciones son cutres, como el hotel en general, la comida asquerosa y escasa, el servicio pesimo y el todo incluido es el colmo porque nada esta incluido. Hay que pagar por todo y si tienes una queja no te muestran las hojas de reclamacion aunque insistas en pedirlas. En general es un hotel desastroso y lo mejor de estar alojado alli es no aparecer por el en todas las vacaciones....

i am staying at the hotel riviera as i write this review my wife and i were both a bit apprehensive about coming here but got a shock when we found out the reviews we had read were wrong. most rooms have a hair dryer. plenty of sun loungers, but no sun at the moment but you cant blame that on the hotel. staff are friendly and helpful, food average for all inc. good location for bars and shops. if you have booked this hotel. come and enjoy it, and dont worry, we are having a ball, ages, 55...60....

No recomiendo el hotel a NADIE! tuve un problema con un guiri q se keria meter en mi habitacion y los de recpcion no izieron nada, ni subieron a la habitacion a ayudarnos ni llamaron a la policia xq decia q no era importante... fueron unos cabrones....aparte la comida es askerosa.. el todo incluido una mierda...y el trato mas de lo mismo..... EL PEOR HOTEL DEL MUNDO NO OS LO ACONSEJO...

Las habitaciones de la cuarta planta no tienen presion en la ducha. El personal de recepcion deja mucho que desear y los del comedor te recogen los platos antes de terminar si te descuidas, muy impertinentes y muy descaradas. Hay habitaciones que no tienen bide, asi que lo del aseo completo vamos a dejarlo. El aire acondicionado no tiene para regular la temperatura, solo tiene on off y si quieres cambiar de habitacion, mision imposible. El servicio nocturno es malo,malo, como en general todo el hotel. Lp unico bueno fueron las vistas al mar, ahora, la playa una m...., llena de algas y piedras, por no decir nada de los ingleses....

I found this hotel nice and also the staff friendly. The restaurant was attached to the swimming pool which I found it little bit odd. However the restaurant was not that great a I expectd I wud be. Though it is a small hotel but it was well maintained by the staff which were very professional. The food was average. From our room we could view the sea and other hotels. There was enough space for the children to play and I wud say it is a perfect family hotel. The swimming pool of the hotl was clean and we took long dips to escape from the heat of the sun. We explore the Ibiza island and did a lot shopping picking the garments and few accessories. ...

I have stayed at this hotel many times, I have not been to this hotel for the last two years, and I miss it, be sure, I will be back, My daughter and I have holiday'ed here over six time's, and found it to be clean and friendly, the staff, in all aspects, were very helpful and friendly, and really put themselves out for you. Tony, Pepe and the staff in the bar are "well what can I say" the nicest people you could possibly meet, and would like to say thankyou for the help and kindness shown to us over the years.
I would tell anyone, give it a go, you will not be dissapointed, and the kids will love it too.
Thanks to all at the Hotel and will see you soon.

I went with my girlfriend to this place and stayed for 4 nights which was very pleasing and satisfying. The room was spacious enough with big balcony and clean bathroom to feel like home even though you are not. The sleeps feel complete in the cozy bed and the sea view from the terrace in the morning rejuvenates you and then a shower in the bathroom prepares you well for the day. Served by well trained stuffs and attended by professionals your stay in this place becomes easier. the smiling faces in the reception and the good room service makes you feel satisfied. Availability of different leisure activities keeps you active and a walk in the beach in the moonlit night is really romantic. I would like to go there again as I am satisfied and make my wife also happy within my budget. ...

Este hotel es lo peor que e conocido nunca,empezando la recepcion,van alo suyo y en pokas palabras te dicEn buscate la vida, siguiendo las habitaciones estubieron 3 dias sin acerlas solo canviando toallas y poko mas no barren no canvian sabanas son super cerdas,nos entraban en la habitacion cuando estabamos durmiendo,seguimos x el comedor k nos perseguian como si fueramos a robar algo, el agua teniamo k pagarla casi dos euros un vasito... en fin luego la piscina llena d arena d la playa pero a saco,no vayais a este hotel es lo peor! un timooooooooooo!!!...

Don't go there. The food is terrible, monotonous, the hot drink machine breaks down constantly, the hotel is full of noisy young people coming back at 6 in the morning, fighting round the pool. Full of stag and hen parties, despite being advertised as suitable for families or couples. We found the staff to be surly and unhelpful....

the hotel was clean and tidy. food was very basic and we are not fussy eaters expecting gormay food. it was also very repetative throughout the week. there was absolutly no entertainment on at this hotel day or night. very miserable workers in the resteraunt as well. it was an ok place to stay but certainly the mar amantis and hawaii is a better place if you want entertainment. no drinks after 11.30 on the all incusive package either...

We arrived 25/05/08 for one weeks holiday and i have to say it was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed in. All the staff was so friendly. The evening entertainment was of good quality. The let down of our stay was the quality of dinner each evening (not to our taste) and sometime the music in the afternoon round the pool a bit loud. i would recomend this hotel as it was lovely ...

Very clean, the pool was only 'dirty' from the debris falling from the trees in the high winds. That certainly wasn't a concern as it was cleaned each morning and night. Food was generally OK with friendly staff all round. Air con not fantastic in the room but I would definately recommend this hotel. Only minutes from the beach and water taxi to get you over to the more likely part of the island....

I would rate the hotel one star because of the poor quality and lack of variety of the food, dirty pools and disinterest of the management in the comfort of guests.
I believe that prior to the change in ownership this was a genuine 3 star hotel with very good food; not now alas....
