Since
it was established in 1965, Betacar has had a clear concept
of what were to be the bases that have made it a leading
company in the vehicle hire sector. This corporate culture

OUR
TEAM OF PEOPLE
Identification with the project by all of the BETACAR
workers is closely linked to a form of practice imposed
by the chairman of the group: all of the managers have
to work in the different company posts. This contributes
towards them feeling as though the company were their
own. In addition, they are provided with language, computing,
customer service etc. courses in order to maintain the
continuous training of our front office active. This is
all aimed at the same objective: the best service for
our customers. We are applying CRM techniques with new
work tools and this web page is one of the most important
ones of these because it will provide essential support
to our reservations department, smoothing its operations
and extending the options to our users.. |

OF OFFICES
We have over 150 offices distributed throughout all of
the tourist points of the Balearic and Canary Islands,
as well as at all of the airports on the islands. |

FLEET
Betacar Group has a fleet of over 12,000 vehicles at its
service, distributed between the Balearic and Canary Islands.
We have our own workshops for the repair and maintenance
of these vehicles, with mechanic, welding and painting
services. Our fleet is made up of a large variety of models
and brands, amongst which we can highlight those of the
small-cylinder basic type, trucks, off-road vehicles,
soft-tops, those with large horsepower, etc. and all of
these having air conditioning. Generally speaking, our
fleet is renewed annually so that we are always working
with new vehicles that are in perfect condition. We also
have accessory parts such as luggage racks and baby/child
seats.All the vehicles undergo thorough periodic servicing
so as to guarantee that they operate correctly and their
safety. Moreover, the computer-based control of vehicle
movements between the offices and the service areas makes
it possible to properly evaluate the fleet and its distribution
according to the needs of every office. |
