Parot apartments are located right in the center of Santa Eulalia, surrounded by shops and restaurants and within walking distance of the Marina and of the beach of Santa Eulalia with its fine sand.

Parot Apartments reopen in 2007 after a total refurbishing.

The envolving Mediterranean colours and the minimalist decoration create a modern and comfortable atmosphere.

All 24 units are fully air conditioned and have in room safe (free of charge).

They are composed of a bedroom with twin or double beds, a dining lounge with sofa-bed, flat screen TV Sat, radio and CD player, a fully equipped kitchen with 2 electric cooking rings, oven, microwave, fridge, toaster and Espresso coffee maker.

The bathroom has a cubicle with massage shower and amenities and dressing gowns are provided for your comfort.

They all have balcony or terrace.
Washing and ironing facilities are available free of charge
