The low-cost airline company
EasyJet announced yesterday that beginning
MAY 28, they have scheduled TWO daily flights from and to LONDON-IBIZA.
Easy Jet, the largest low-cost airline in Europe also announced an
additional daily flight beginning on JUNE 3. The London airport is GATWICK.  Tickets for this flights are
now available online at
EasyJet.com.This announcement is seen as a great help for Ibiza, which has always suffered because of flight shortages. It will be especially appreciated by international visitors to the island, as well as for all Ibiza travelers who desire the independance of online booking without the intervention or necessity to buy Tour Operator packages. These flights start at 55.98 Euros (Round Trip) ! |

On various occasions this week Ibiza has been incommunicate for Ferry and Ship traffic with the mainland due to high winds (up to 50 km. per hour) and waves of 2-3 meters. However, today is beautiful and sunny and all the rain will make for a very green Ibiza during the next few months. |
