Ibiza resident opinion survey

Yesterday the City Council of Ibiza Town presented the results of their surveys. The results were very positive in most areas.

600 people of Ibiza Town were surveyed, between the 23rd and 28th of March. Here are the results:

58,2 %
Are not happy with the police, they have the feeling that the measures taken to keep immigration from being a problem are not enough.

6,2 points out of 10.
For the services that the City Council offers

9 out of 10 people
Are satisfied with living in Ibiza.
46,9 % are very satisfied with living in Ibiza,
44,6 % are satisfied
and 1 out of every 10 is not happy.

74,8 %
Think that the town is safe
This is a 2% more than last year.

3 out of every 4 residents
Think that the town enjoys a good economical situation,
and 20,4 % considers that the town has a bad or very bad economical situation.

47,8 %
Are against the growth of the population.

94,2 %
Think that tourism should continue being the main economical motor of Ibiza.
As opposed to construction.
