New Nikki Beach - 5 star hotel in Ibiza

The rooms will have 70 square meters, some with private swimming pool. The clients of high incomes will be able to own the suites in property.

The group of leisure Nikki Beach, specialized in luxury clubs and restaurants, has decided to enter the hotel market with the launching of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, a chain of luxury hotels. According to Hosteltur and other newspapers the installation in Ibiza town of a very luxurious establishment will constitute the emblem of the hotel chain of this enterprise group.

Nikki Beach has acquired a hotel of 40 rooms that will have to be redesigned before opening its doors in summer of 2008, according to the Diario Sur.
At the moment there are eight other projects announced in Mexico, Panama, the United States, Cabo Verde and Portugal.
The group has considered an initial investment of 500 million dollars (384 million euros) in these 5 star establishments.
