GASTRONOMY WEEK on Ibiza
The second annual Gastronomy week, organized within the framework of Ibiza's 'Plan of Touristic Ecellence', will take place from the 19-25 of February,
17 restaurants have signed up for the event, which will focus on Ibicencan cooking and culinary delights.
The first event is a cooking course, which will be held at the School of Hotel and restaurant management. The course will be moderated by Toni Tur (Hotel Blau Park) but is also open to the public.
And on, Saturday and Sunday the 24 and 25 February, from 12 a 20,30 (Saturday) y de 12 a 16,30 (Sunday)
there will be a 'tasting' exhibition in the giant tent of the Vara de Rey, for the nominal price of 1 Euro per dish.
