The Ibiza JAZZ FESTIVAL-Music for adults

This year, as in previous years, the the Baluarte de Santa Lúcia, up on the old fortress walls, will be the scene of 3 evenings of Jazz from 27th to 29th July. Although there will be a clear absence of American Jazz figures, this years venue of excellent European and Cuban musicians who promise some unforegttable evenings.

Two big internationally renowned musicians are are Polish free jazz trumpeter, Tomasz Stanko and Cuban Bassist Jorge Reyes.

Together with the German trombonist Felix Fromm, the Catalan trio Karion, the Albert Sanz sextet from Valencia, Albert Sanz and the Organics, and Tunyi from Madrid.

Last years prices were 6 Euros per person, and this expected to go up a little this year.
As in previos years, there will be a refreshment stand with beer, cola and simple mixed drinks at reasonable prices.......and what can we say about the nighttime views of Ibiza city below with a background curtain of great jazz?
