Sant Josep in Ibiza celebrates today `flower Power´

Blues Dave and Miquel, Dennis and Cia will be today the artists who will act live during the Sant Josep (Ibiza) celebration Flower Power, which will begin at ten next to the church. Spring Jazz at Sa Pobla

Series of concerts at Sa Congregació.

The Department of Culture of the Sa Pobla Town Council has organised the series of concerts "Primavera Jazz en Sa Congregació". The series, programmed by the Festival Internacional de Jazz de Sa Pobla, includes three concerts.

The first concert, on March 25, Saturday, at 10 p.m., will be by Cuban pianist Gonzalo Rubalcaba, considered as one of the big contemporary artists of Afrocuban jazz.

On April 29, Saturday, at the same time, the second concert will take place with a performance by the Iñaki Sandoval Trio, formed by Iñaki Sandoval (piano), Horacio Fumero (contrabass) and Peer Wyboris (drums). Iñaki Sandoval is the head of the Department of the Modern and Jazz Music of the Music Conservatory of the Barcelona Lyceum.

Finally, on March 27, Saturday, at the same time, the duet formed by Galician Baldo Martínez (contrabass) and Italian Carlo Actis (bass clarinet, sax, baritone and tenor), will give the last concert of the series.
