36% of the people in Ibiza favor the term ` nation´

36.3 percent of the people in Ibiza and the rest of Balearics are in favor of changing the statutes to introduce the term ` nation´, which positions the islands as the third independent community in which there is a greater number of citizens that defend this nomenclature, behind Cataluñia and the Basque Country. Altogether, 60 percent of the Spaniards are against this term being introduced in the statutes of Spains' provinces.
