The price of the rent of the house and apartments has increased to a 3.5 percent in the last year in Ibiza and the others islands of the baleares, below the state increase, that was of the 4.2 percent, according to the data of the National Statistic Institute, that locates to the islands between the five communities in which less the rentings have raised. In which the price of the rents have grown a 0.8 percent already this year, which also supposes an inferior increase than the state average.
