The Bus users in Ibiza is stuck in 3,6 million pasengers a year for the last 9 years

From 1997 to 2005, the number of sold bus tickets in Ibiza is stuck around the 3.598.000 annual on average, only with 216,000 passengers more during the past year in comparison with 1997, although between both exercises the numbers have oscillated slightly. The increase of the population, coding in around 28,000 inhabitants more in this period of nine years, has not supposed a proportional increase of the use of the bus of regular line. Based on the data, the campaigns of the public institutions either do not seem to have been successful to harness the use of the collective transport.
