IBIZA-HOTELS will refund CONFIRMATION DEPOSITS on
all reservations on which a CANCELATION is recieved at least ONE WEEK
before the scheduled CHECK IN date. This refund is subject to deduction of bank credit card processing expense of 3%.
Cancelation notice must be recieved by e-mail: cancel@ibiza-hotels.com or
FAX: +34 971 33 67 13 and must include the reservation code number.
In the case of NO SHOW without notice, the deposit will NOT be REFUNDED.
In the case of late show, the hotel will hold the room over on notice from the client.
