" Premetto che l'hotel non è più a due bensì da quest'anno è a tre stelle e probabilmente in italia un albergo del genere ne avrebbe anche quattro di stelle!camere comode ed accoglienti, ottimo sistema tecnologico nell'hotel, mangiare un pò più pesante dell'italiano ma cmq buono!!ottimo e anche più se si valuta l'aspetto qualità-prezzo, perfetto per i ragazzi!!se l'anno prossimo torno ad ibiza ci vado di nuovo...... "

" Terribile!l'hotel è grande e basta!La foto sulla homepage non è veritiera! il cibo è abbondante ma di pessima qualità! chi dice che si mangia bene non capisce niente!il personale è scortese soprattutto con gli italiani!!!!Con la pensione completa ti negano pure una caraffa d'acqua in più!tutto il giorno c'è casino!per avere il telecomando della tv e del condizionatore bisogna pagare la cauzione!la pulizia scarseggia!Le uniche cose carine sono la piscina con la musica House alle 2 del pomeriggio e il fatto che è pieno di giovani e belle ragazze!!... "

" Das Hotel Mare Nostrum entspricht nicht den bildern im katalog.der 3pool ist ohne Wasser,die Animation findet kaum statt.das Essen ist jeden Tag das selbe und die Auswahl ist sehr gering.bei uns war auch schonmal ein Haar im Pudding.faules Obst.nachts findet man kaum Schlaf da alle auf den Zimmern laut Musik hoeren,an der rezeption kann fast keiner deutsch,auf den zimmern wird gekifft der eingangsbereich stank nach GRAS.die Zimmer ok eingerichtet.das hotel liegt an einer Lauren strasse.Im bad waren DES oeffteren silberfische.wenn man nur zum party machen Bach Ibiza kommt reicht das hotel aber es ist auf keinenfall fuer familien geeignet!ich wuerde dieses hotel nicht nochmal buchen,es gibt auch kein deutsches fernsehprogramm wie es im katalog beschrieben war.wir waren hier im Mai 2010... "

LO QUE SUCEDIO QUE UN CHICO DE NACIONALIDAD EXTRANGERA COMPLETAMENTE DESNUDO A LAS 16:30H DE LA TARDE SE PUSO A PICAR A LA PUERTA DE MI HABITACION , EN ESE MOMENTO , EL RECEPCIONISTA DEL HOTEL APARECIA CON UNA PAREJA DE PERSONAS MAYORES ACOMPAÑANDOLE A LA HABITACION. " le camere sono pulite e ariose, nonostante tutto qualche scarafaggio è stato visto scorazzare indisturbato nel corridoio. Il personale della mensa, in particolare modo le donne, sono molto scostanti e prevenute nei confronti degli italiani.Il cibo è scadente, l'acqua al tavolo è riservata solo a coloro che hanno contrattato la pensione completa, altrimenti-mezza pensione-si è costretti ad aquistare da loro delle bevande.... " Acabamos de volver de Ibiza mi novio y yo, y desde el primer dia en este hotel solo podiamos pensar en una cosa: poner nuestra opinion en esta pagina para poder deciros a todos que este hotel (si se puede llamar asi)es la cutrada mas grande del mundo. Para empezar, el hotel no es de 3* sino de 2*,las fotos que aparecen del hotel en internet son todas mentira o retocadas.La habitacion de la foto debe ser una suite xq vimos varias habitaciones y todas eran claustrofobica.A nosotros nos dieron una habitacion enana,y a pesar de haber pedido una cama de matrimonio nos dieron una habitacion triple.Y cuando digo triple, es que era una doble con una cama de mas malamente puesta. Una de las luces de la habitacion estaba estropeada. En recepcion no te explican nada y te atienden fatal,de mala gana.Tuvimos que adivinar que los mandos de la TV y del aire se tienen que pedir en recepcion dejando un deposito. Al llegar la 1ª noche, nos dijeron que el horario de la cena era hasta las 21:30 y que a pesar de llegar mas tarde nos habian dejado una "cena fria" en el comedor preparada. "Qué amables" pense yo.....¡¡PUES NO!!. Nos dejaron en un plato tapado con papel de plastico (Cual sobras que te deja tu madre en la nevera)unas lonchas de embutido con unos pedruscos de pan del desayuno y un par de rodajas de tomate y nada de beber, puesto que la bebida no estaba incluida en el precio (tb lo tuvimos que adivinar ya que no nos lo dijeron ni en la agencia ni en el hotel al llegar).Como el comedor estaba cerrado,estaba completamente a oscuras, si,si no se veia nada y porsupuesto no se vendia agua y tuvimos que comernos "eso" a palo seco. El buffet....que puedo deciros.Teniamos media pension y no cenamos en el hotel mas que una noche.Todo fritangas y comidas congeladas, me puse mala del estomago y todo.Si se acababa una bandeja no la reponian,supongo que por ahorrar y eso.Solo alguna vez la repusieron. La atencion en general mala.Las habitaciones son de papel se oye todo.Cuando ponen musica los de arriba, cuando tira de lacadena la de al lado,cuando hablan en general.A las 5 de la mañana gente correteando por los pasillos y dando portazos y golpetazos en las puertas.La 2ª noche nos compramos unos tapones para los oidos... No lo recomiendo para nada a familias, es un hotel lleno de niñatos que van a las discotecas. Es mas, estoy convencida de que las opiniones buenas que hay aqui del hotel estan puestas por gente de alli o amigos. NO VAYAIS!... "

" Liked the hotel during the stay. My friend suggstd me to stay at this hotel and aasured me that I wud definitely like it. He was rite. The hotel was well furnishes and well maintained. The room I bookd was also spacious and tidy. The staff came to clean my room everyday. The bathroom was also dirt free. My room had a balcony and it was pretty. The hotel provided breakfast lunch and dinner. I ordered breakfast but went out to have my dinner and lunch just to explore the cuisines of the island. Close to the hotel, there were shops restaurants and bar. The hotel has a bar that offers barrel beer wine and also national liquor. Though there was a gym I once thought of going to it but I dropped the idea. The swimming pool was also pleasant and staff maintained hard to keep it clean. ... "

" Wir waren im Juli 09 in diesem hotel! es war das schlechteste hotel was wir je gesehen haben. Gebucht waren wir ein 3 Bett-Zimmer - bekommen haben wir ein 2 Bett zimmer!! An der Rezeption will dir keiner helfen wenn du nicht spanisch oder italienisch sprichst, das essen war eine kathastrophe!! Die Bilder im Internet entsprechen nicht dem zustand. " L'hotel è davvero eccezionale: il rapporto qualità/prezzo non ha paragoni con altri hotel della zona. Il cibo è sempre buono, fresco e abbondante. La pulizia delle camere è ottima e i servizi (piscina-bar-hall) anche. L'unica pecca è la zona: la spiaggia non è splendida ma a poche centinaia di metri si trovano spiagge molto belle.... "

" hola: me alegra haber encontrado esta pagina, me casé el día 20-09-86, y me fui de viaje de novios a Ibiza,ne alojé en éste hotel, y siempre lo recuerdo con un cariño muy especial, sobre todo a Paco que era un camarero sevillano muy cachondo y a los animadores(por cierto me eligieron Miss Turista), me parece que teneis un hotel encantador y aunque es grandísimo siempre estubisteis muy pendientes de nosotros. Veo que habeis ampliado las ofertas en las instalaciones. Ahora tengo 2 hijos de 16 y 12 años, y como éste año cumplo 20 de casada me gustaría llevarles al sitio donde empezó mi FAMILIA. Si puedo ahorrar lo suficiente me tendréis allï. Un saludo.... "

" Pasamos cuatro días en el hotel Mare "M.....", solo encontramos positivo su cercania a la Playa d'en Bossa y a Ibiza capital, el resto fue todo negativo: La limpieza era pésima, las sábanas y colchas olian realmente mal como si no las hubiesen lavado desde hace meses, todo era bastante viejo como si no lo hubiesen cambiado desde que se inauguró, la ducha estaba rota, echaba poca agua y la cortina de la ducha estaba llena de m....., las habitaciones no estan nada insonorizadas y casi puedes oir roncar al de la habitación de al lado. El desayuno y la cena son asquerosos, mucha cantidad y poca calidad, tienes que pegarte con el resto de la gente para conseguir coger algo de comida, pagas la bebida a precio de oro y no se te ocurra pedir el picnic a cambio de la cena porque es todo para tirar a la basura excepto el botellín de agua. El personal del hotel es bastante desagradable y la relación calidad precio no es nada buena. NO SE LO RECOMIENDO A NADIE.... "

" Hotel Mare Nostrum was in a pleasant location very close to the beautiful beach (Playa d'en Bossa) and about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Ibiza Town. Also very close to Space and Bora Bora, however we went during the off season and it was wonderfully peaceful as none of clubs had opened up yet. The hotel was nice with a refreshing pool and a balcony in the room. However, there was hair in our bathtub upon arrival and the bar had a limited selection of cerveza (no San Miguel!?!?!) But the worst part of the trip was some members of staff were VERY unhelpful. When we got there we asked if their was an English guide book (we pointed to them in the case) and the lady said no. We found out on our last day there was one and always has been. The same lady also told us they had no laundromat, that we had to go to Playa d'en Bossa. On the last day, we found out there was on in the hotel !?! We complained and another lady claimed she must not have understood, especially our "American English" which I found offensive. She definitely knew because not only did I say it in Spanish (yes, I know Spanish!) but she also discussed it with me at length! So service could be better. Otherwise, a nice place!... "

" We have just spent a fab week in May at the holet, the rooms were very comfortable, the meals were lovely and the whole hotel was very clean. The only thing we were disappointed in was the drinks, we were al-inclusive and the drinks from the bar both day and night were put in very small plastis cups, you could only have one at a time. " Mamma mia... L'hotel peggiore dove sia mai stata. Ho viaggiato molto in Spagna ed ero già stata ad Ibiza, un albergo come questo io nn l'ho mai visto. Le camere sono minuscole, piccole, caldissime, sporche e antiche. Il personale dell'albergo è antipatico e scortese, ti negano persino un bicchiere di plastica o peggio ancora, una penna alla reception...altro che reception, il personale addetto è sgarbato e veramente poco accogliente, mai un sorriso. La pulizia delle camere lascia molto a desiderare, il bagno era piccolissimo e gli asciugamani certi giorni scarseggiavano, quindi nn te li mettevano... Il buffet è scarso, sempre uguale e di pessima qualità. L'unica nota positiva va alla piscina e alla ottima ubicazione dell'albergo, per il resto una vera tragedia!!! LASCIATE OGNI SPERANZA VOI CHE ENTRATE!!!!!... "

" This hotel has had a change of ownership in recent years and as a result, it is full of very ignorant, rude and very noisy young people who have no regard for other hotel guests. Even one of the members of staff complained to me about the behavior of the Italian guests disturbing other guests. The only people who displayed a smile or any semblance of politeness were the cleaning ladies. I would strongly urge anyone who didn't enjoy loutish behavior and noise to find themselves another hotel or even camp out on the beach for a more enjoyable time.... "

" das schlechteste hotel das ich je in einem urlaub gesehen habe, unfreundliche rezeption, der zimmersafe war voller schimmel, das hotel ist voll von pubertierenden kids die ab mitternacht lautstark durch die gänge laufen, der pool am dach war ohne wasser, die dazugehörige sonnenterrasse gesperrt, essen von schlechtester qualität, lauter tiefkühlsachen, flachdach mit müll überfüllt, bäume und sträucher mit klopapier verziert, internetstationen mit playstation von den kindern belagert, am pool schwarze sonnenbrillenverkäufer die lästig sind, animation nur auf italienisch, lautstarke bum bum musik am pool als österreicher wird man ignoriert, hoffe dass vom veranstalter entschädigung geleistet wird rezeption von nichts eine ahnung, das telefon am zimmer ging zwei wochen nicht, in der früh standen die putzfrauen im zimmer, im zehnminutentakt wurde das wiederholt wirklich nicht zu empfehlen... " Hola,yo acabo de pasar mis vacaciones en este hotel y las fotografias no corresponden con la realidad.En primer lugar,llegamos y nos dijeron que habían perdido nuestra reserva, media hora después nos dieron una habitación claustrofóbica con vistas a un descampado lleno de basura.Además el buffet del hotel no tiene variedad y son todo fritos.Y por último,decir que está lleno de italianos juerguistas que tienen la música a todo volumen y no dejan descansar ninguna noche.Si teneis dudas, no vayais al mare nostrum porque en relación calidad precio es horrible.... " A pleasent experience the hotel was nicely situated and had good facilites. The food was average, but expected from a two star all inclusive. " well well.don't trust the pictures,the hotel has no view on the sea,playa d'em bossa is bad,the worst sand and water.by feet it takes u 25 minutes to reach downtown ibiza and the bus is always packed so the driver won'r stop sometimes outside the hotel.the bads are BAD,my back still hurts and the food is a recycle of what u've left the day before.the spanish receptionists was bad,the italian once were the kindest!not for families,not for people who wants to enjoy some quiet.too many stupid kids from all over the place(not only italians)acting like they've never been on vacation before.good price for the crappiest quality.good thing i went there only to sleep.I loved the island but mare nostrum is one of the worst hotels in ibiza i guess!!!i suggest u go stay in San Antoni Area if u go!... " It is an average hotel and good for tourist who was lukin for a budget hotel. The hotel is clean. The rooms we bookd were also tidy and had a terrace frm where we enjod view of the sea. But the furniture in our room was not in a good condition. The staff were very busy bcoz it was the peak season and the hotel was crowded wid tourst. However, they were friendly. In the morning, they served breakfast. We read the reviews befoe bookin the hotel and fin it positive. So, we bookd our room without any hesitation. There was a pool, football court, baby club and a gym. The beach is also close and we spent a lot time there enjoying the cool breeze and watersports. We overall enjoyd our vacation in this hotel. ... "

" Sono stato al mare nostrum a luglio 2008 e diciamo che non ne sono completamente soddisfatto, la puliza delle stanze lascia veramente a dsiderare, il cibo è tanto ma sempre uguale, molto fritto, la colazione poi è da piangere.... "

" io ci sono stata a settembre...sarà che l'anno scorso mi sono trovata da dio a palma di maiorca (hotel 1000 stelle, cibo fantastico, animazione altrettanto fantastica), ma al mare nostrum mi sono trovata proprio male...le camere, ma specie il bagno, non erano pulitissime...più che dare una lavata per terra non facevano...poi cadeva tutto a pezzi...noi avevamo la porta scorrevole (che tra l'altro dava su una terrazza enorme che, se ben tenuta, sarebbe fantastica invece sembra il bronx poichè è sporchissima e abbandonata a se stessa) rotta e l'abbiamo fatto presente fin dal primo giorno...sono venuti a "sistemarla" ma era come se non l'avessero fatto perchè si è rotta nuovamente...abbiamo richiesto di aggiustarla e ci hanno risposto in malo modo...per non parlare del cibo...fritto a più non posso e comunque ogni giorno le stesse cose...ma d'altra parte il cibo lì fa schifo ovunque... l'albergo sarà anche grande e all'apparenza confortevole ma poi si scoprono gli altarini...una vera delusione... sconsigliato alle famiglie per via del baccano che c'è 24h al giorno...... "

" Viaggio spesso in giro per il mondo, e ho dormito più in alberghi che in casa.. In assoluto, il Mare Nostrum è il peggiore in cui abbia messo piede: a cominciare dalla pubblicità ingannevole che mostra una foto truccata in cui pare l'hotel si trovi su una splendida spiaggia (naturalmente non è così..), alla reception più maleducata al mondo, alle camere sporchissime, rumorosissime e scomodissime, al buffet vergognoso...potrei proseguire per ore, ma non vale la pena. " just got back from 2 weeks at the mare nostrum, and i cant rate it highly enough,i went with my wife and 2 children and thought it was excellent. nearly all young italians but they are very polite and respectfull as are all the hotel staff.the food was great loads of choice .the only thing is the rooms are not massive but for the time you spend in them they are quite adequate.very clean and tidy.brilliant lots of building work taking place around the hotel but dont let that put you off.... "
