It is a wonderful hotel in Ibiza. I would say it is nice hotel at a good price. Well fusnirhed clean and friendly staff. The only thing that irritated me was the sound of the vehicles from the street. But overall it is indeed a nice hotel. The swimming pool was well maintained wher children and adults enjoyed the refreshing cool and pleasant water. My room had a TV fridge averagely comfortable bed and a phone. We enjoyed the food of this hotel. But mostly we went out to have our meal as restaurants and cafe was close to the hotel. I wud add one more point about the hotel. The hotel is situated at the walking distance from the sandy beach. ...

THIS HOTEL WAS A JOKE COMPLETELY MISLEADING THE ROOMS WHERE TOO SMALL DIRTY AN AS FOR THE VIEW OF THE CLAPPED OUT VAN WE HAD TO LOOK AT DONT ASK!!! THE WALLS ARE LIKE PAPER IF SOMEONE BREATHES IN THE ROOM NEXT TO YOU YOU CAN HEAR IT. THERE WAS NO SAFE IN ANY OF THE ROOMS AS ADVERTISED, AND THE SECURITY DIDNT EXIST. YOU COULD GO TO RECEPTION AND ASK FOR A SPARE KEY FOR ANY ROOM AND THERE WERE NO QUESTIONS ASKED. NONE OF THE STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL OR POLITE AND NO NIGHT PORTERS TO ASIST IF THERE WAS ANY TROUBLE OR NOISE. I stayed with a friend at the Marco Polo in San Antonio from 4th-8th july 2010. I have been to Ibiza many times and i have never even seen a mosquito until my stay at this hotel. My friend and I were eaten alive and compleately covered in bite marks, potentially ruining my holiday as i was so embarrassed! I was speaking to another guest in reception about it when the receptionist pops her head up and tells me i needed to buy a plug in repellent from the supermarket across the road, and then laughs when she tells me she gets bitten all the time. Surely i should have been told this on arrival or they should have provided this in my room. I will NOT be recommending or returning to this hotel....

Good service, helpful staff and suprisingly quiet considering it back on to Eden! We stayed in the main part of the Hotel which is better than the Marco Polo 2. All in all good value for money...

Este hotel se encuentra mauy bien ubicado, proximo al Centro Comercial, al Puerto y a la Playa. El paseo maritimo junto a la playa es encantador, permite caminar bordeando la bahía y gozar de maravillosas vistas. El Hotel recientemente remodelado dispone de un acogedor restaurante, cafeteria, hall, piscina, salon de animación para diversion, musica y baile. Sinceramente lo encuentro muy recomendable para disfrutar de una feliz estancia a personas de cualquier edad.
Sinceramente agradecido al personal del Hotel.

la realidad del hotel no se corresponde con el video ni con las fotos de internet. Son pocas las habitaciones con vistas al mar.Contratamos este hotel de tres estrellas y nos adjudicaron una habitacion en el complejo marco Polo, fuera del hotel cuyas caracteristicas responden a un dos estrellas. La renovación en el año 2004 a que hace
referencia solo ha sido una mano de pintura.Continuan siendo instalaciones de los años70. Hay ruidos continuos y muy molestos durante la noche impidiendo un buen descanso.
La atención de dirección asi como de los recepcionistas deja bastante que desear.

Came here June 2007. Fab hotel, great vibe around the pool, nice clean rooms. Food wasn't that great (didn't really matter though, didn't come for the culinary delights!!)Really good location, just over the road from Eden and Es Paradis, beach about a five minute walk away and shops nearby. Staff weren't that friendly but still had a really good stay here. Would defo go back. IBIZA ROCKS!!!!!...

I was little worried when I booked this hotel because of the poor reviews. When i reached the hotel i felt the hotel was clean and couldnt realize what the people were complaining about. The hotel was lovely friendly staff and rooms were clean. The staff came to clean my room every single day. Moreover the hotel was located in such a lovly place that I enjoyed my holidays. I found the pool area lovly. Though thje bar doesnt arrange any entertainment and breakfast wast excellent the things that I liked most was cleanliness and friendly staff. You can also find a computer in the hotels lounge area which charge a minimal fee which is easily affordable. As the hotel is located in the prime location I find it easy to catch taxi and went out. The nearest taxi stand is just a couple of minutes walk. Definitly I wud like to recommend it to my friends. ...

Just returned from a 4 night stay at this hotel. Its well placed for the strip and also Eden and Es Paradise - they are behind the hotel, but theres little noise. The rooms are basic and the electricity went out a few times, but its very clean. There are two buildings, the one pictured here is the nicer building, we were in another block - I think the hotel staff segregate families and couples from groups of friends...which means the second building is more rowdy at night, but bearable. The walls between rooms are paper thin, so privacy is difficult, we nick-named the guy next door Chucky after being woken up by his vomiting. However its cheap, great location and nice pool -always very clean. Good all-rounder....
