El hotel esta bien, los trabajadores son amables y atentos, la comida del buffet es flojilla, muy normalita, y nunca hacen platos fuera de lo normal,la bebida no entra, si se contrata la media pensión, es aparte, el precio de esta es excesiva p.ej. un agua de 33cl vale 1.50euros, no se sirve agua del grifo, no hay agua grande.
El hotel no dispone de hojas de sugerencias, únicamente de reclamaciones.
Las habitaciones pueden mejorar, por ejemplo, renovando el teléfono de la ducha, ya que en las 2 habitaciones que nos hospedamos no funcionaba.
La gente (guiris en su mayoria) grita mucho por la noche, después de la llegar con su borrachera, y nadie del personal del hotel se preocupa, van a sus anchas.
Estamos descontentos con Travelplan pues no nos informó que las bebidas no entraban, la próxima vez, ya nos espabilaremos, y nos enteraremos bien.

we stayed in Marco Polo 2 it is an annexe and the rooms are basic but clean. Very thin walls noisy in April don't know what high season is like! staff on reception are unfriendly! cleaners freindly waiting on staff okay. Food okay but always a lot of pasta, no chips at all! continental breakfast ,only english served once. Very cold in our annexe had to ask for a heater in our room! would not reccomend even in main hotel because it is so close to Eden night club in peak sesaon only would be suitable for youngsters. For more mature couples too basic, and too noisy. No way 3 star more like 2 ....
