Ibiza-hotels does not accept responsibility for the hotel descriptions and content accuracy as they are for the most part, provided by the hotleiers themselves, or for any loss, injury or inconvenience sustained as a result of use of the information provided.

Liability:

Ibiza-Hotels uses reasonable best-efforts to check the accuracy of information published. However, we do not warrant that the information is free of errors and the user acknowledges that the accommodation or travel information, and services published may include inaccuracies, mathematical errors, or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. Ibiza-Hotels may update, improve or modify without prior notice.

In no event shall Ibiza-Hotels be liable for any, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use of information contained herein.

If, Ibiza-Hotels or accommodation provider should be found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or is in any way connected with any of the above described services, contents or informaation. Ibiza-Hotels and the accommodation provider liability shall in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the booking fee for services rendered with respect to which liability is found, and in no event will the providers be liable for loss of profits, opportunity, revenue by the customer or for indirect loss.

The customer shall indemnify and hold harmless the providers against all third party actions or claims and costs arising from any act or omission pursuant to the agreement. The provider shall be released from its obligations under this agreement where it fails to meet its obligations on account of an act of god, fire, flood or subsidence, equipment failure, power failure, work stoppage or other industrial action by the provider or any third party, which is either directly or indirectly, beyond the provider's control. Ibiza-Hotels is not a party to the agreement and acts as booking system operator only and in principal shall have no responsibility in respect of the terms hereof.
