says hotel director, Juan Antonio Prieto , "...however, it is not generally known to the public.
For this reason we have decided to open our dining area to the general
public on certain evenings, and smooth Jazz on FRIDAY evenings, seems like a great little 'extra' to offer the public, because it is something they
will not find anywhere else on the island....."
