Talamanca Bay (map) is a close-in suburb
on the North-East of Ibiza harbour -walking distance really, but there are
ample taxi and bus services and an hourly taxi- shuttle boat to Ibiza harhour.
And new beach walk-way goes right up to the Aqualandia Water Park.

ACCESS: Directions to the
beach are posted from downtown Ibiza, following the Paseo Marítimo
of Ibiza harbour towards the Botafoc Maina.
TRANSPORTATION: By car, by bicycle,
or even by foot, thanks to its proximity to the town centre. A bus line
is also available.
DISTANCES: 2.5 km from Ibiza
DESCRIPTION: It is a 600 meter
long beach beling to the City of Ibiza
LENGTH: (600 m corresponding
to Ibiza).
WIDTH: 20 to 25 m.
TERRAIN: Natural sand, white
and fine all along the beach.
DEPTH: Sandy sea floor, some
stony bottom areas only deep at long distances out to sea. Water levels
are 50 cms out 25 m and 1 m deep at 50 m from the shoreline.
ORIENTATION AND PREDOMINANT WINDS:
It is a highly portected harbour and does not normally suffer from high
winds.
SCENERY: At the end of the beach
we can seethe cliffs of
Illa Plana and from the north side, the skyline of Ibiza Town
