Todays photo we see a bit of the tipical landscape you see as you drive cast the counrty side of Ibiza. Agriculture is slowly falling behind as every time les Ibicencos want to dedicate themself to it, tourism and consetruction are far better payed and the work is not as hard. This made the island recover 8 % of the forest surface in 15 years which actualy is very positive. Some of the local food products have a great quality like,"pollo Pages" its a chicken, but it runs free all its life and is double the size of other chiken has great meat and harly any fat. Very recomended.
