I HAVE STAYED BEFORE, I BOOKED FOR A FRIEND ON LINE, HE WAS TREATED IN A BAD WAY ON CHECK IN, THEY COULD NOT FIND THE BOOKING, HE HAD TO CALL ME TWICE IN INDIA SO I COULD EMAIL OVER A COPY OF THE BOOKING THIS I DID TWICE, HE WAS ALSO MADE TO PAY FULL PAYMRNT EVEN THOUGH A DEPOSIT WAS PAID!!!!!! HE HAD COME FROM STAYING IN A 5 STAR HOTEL IN IBIZA TOWN ON MY RECOMENDATION!!!! IT REALLY DID LEAVE A BAD TASTE IN HIS MOUTH AND UPSET HIS LAST 2 DAYS IN IBIZA. THE CHECK IN IS NOT AT CALA GRACIO HOTEL IT IS AT THE FIESTA TANIT WHICH IT SHARES ITS GROUNDS WITH. THE ROOMS AND THE BUILDING OF CALA GRACIO ARE AUTHENTIC OF IBIZA AND VERY NICE, HOWEVER AS WE ALL KNOW THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IS THE CHECK IN!!! I AM VISITING IBIZA AGAIN ON THE 17TH JULY BUT DECIDED AGAINST STAYING AT THE HOTEL. IT IS A REAL SHAME AS I HAD A FAB TIME LAST YEAR!!!!!...
