ALTHOGH the REALTIME version also has a comment or questions input
box. But if you still need more information before you can proceed with
your booking and want to make a (still noncommittal) reservation request
and wish to receive first a detailed quote from us before you can proceed
with your booking and have a little time and do not need an instant confirmation
of your reservation .
This system requires you to fill out our reservation request form or create
a standard e-mail.The hotel is commited to responding to your enquiry with
an individual and more detailed e-mail . However......
....... in peak season (from June till September) delays can occur, if
the hotel cannot keep pace with all individual responses due to the large
number of requests. It can also take somewhat longer, you can also expect
delays if your message arrives during vacation close-down in low season.
Unlike other booking engines, the INTER-SAT HOTEL BOOKER DOES
NOT REQUIRE TO PAY YOUR ENTIRE STAY IN ADVANCE.
Reservations before the date of arrival, can either
be paid in full, or can be guaranteed by the payment of a confirmation
deposit of 10-40% (depending on the hotel). .
If you have paid the confirmation deposit, the balance will be payable
on arrival.
The time taken to process and charge your card varies from country
to country. It may take up to 5 days for this to show up on your account.
Check-In:
It is standard international procedure for hotel rooms and tourist apartments
to be available from 12:00 on the day of arrival.
Check-Out:
12:00 on your day of departure.
| What are the Cancellation polices? |
If you are obliged to cancel more than 7 DAYS before your arrival
date, all payments will be refunded in full (except credit card banking
charges of 3-4% of your DEPOSIT).
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before arrival, or no shows,
will not be refunded.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED IN WRITING, BY EMAIL OR FAX.

DATE. Your cancellation will require written confirmation from us either
