The maid service came to our room twice out of a whole entire week of living in the apartment. The room became terribly dirty and messy. Dish soap or any other cleaners were not provided, therefor dishes had to be washed with shampoo which was absolutely disgusting. The towels for the room were not changed the last three days of the stay. Electronic outlets did not work in the kitchen, therefor we had to toast bread by the TV....The water pressure in the bathroom was terrible and the temperature fluctuated frequently. ...

El apartamento está bien pero nos han engañado completamente con la reserva. Hubo un error por parte de booking, nos llamaron de Bon Lloc por teléfono y nos cambiaron un apartamento por un estudio, siendo este más pequeño y más barato. Sin embargo al llegar allí nos cobraron el doble del precio acordado....

Al hacer la reserva hubo un error y dos días después me llamaron para decírmelo y ofrecerme un estudio más pequeño pero con un precio mucho más bajo.Aceptamos.Sin embargo, al llegar a los apartamentos el precio era mucho mayor del que nos había ofrecido....
