We went to the Bergantin last june for a week all inclusive .The hotel was well up to a 3 star rating in fact i have stayed in 4 stars that did not come near the bergantin for facilities and friendly service.Well the bottom line is we liked it so much ,we are going again this June....

Just returned from 2 weeks at the Bergantin and would highly recommend this hotel for families or couples. Ideally situated in the bay of San Antonio it has excellent facilities and friendly staff. The food and drinks on all inclusive were also very good, definately would go back again!!!...

We entered the hotel in the morning. As we have already booked our room we didnt find any trouble in finding the hotel. The rooms we booked were indeed lovely as we read in the reviews. The bathroom was also clean. Breakfast was also good. Rooms were cleaned by the staff everyday and provided us fresh towels. They also changed our pillows. The pool was also well maintained and we relax at the lounge. The staff came to clear the surrounding area of the pool and kept clean. The entertainment programme of the hotel was OK. But only complaint is from our room we hear the sound and noises that occurred or made inside the hotel. Even the footsteps of people are heard. But overall I wud say this hotel is a lovely place. ...

A fantastic hotel in a lovely location with all the modern facilities. Our room was clean and had a TV and an air condi. The hotel was well maintained by its staff. In the morning the staff gave us a wake up call on our request. They were helpful and also friendly. When asked how to explore the town they directed us to reach the location in a simple way. The hotel was well designed and it is really a vocational spot. The food was not that bad. The swimming pool area was designed amazingly and we spend a good time out there swimming and enjoying our drink. I wud say that it is a nice hotel and also a lovly holiday destination. ...

The time we reached Ibiza the weather was not pleasant and raining heavily so we spent most of the time inside the hotel. This was my second visit and the staff recognized me because last time I have made friendship wid a few of them. However I noticed one and two new young faces who was energetic. As we are compelled to stay in the hotel so we spend most of the time at the restaurant and ordered varied standard. The desk service took great care of me and cleaned our room everyday and also provided fresh towels. Their hospitality was really great and it touched my heart. The pools were well maintained and cleared on daily basis. But here I wud suggest one thing that they hotel can do a lot improvement in their entertainment programme which we didnt find it up to the mark. ...

my girlfriend and I went to the Bergantin in april 2007.The hotel is in an excelent location only a short walk to the bars, restaurants and beach.
The all inclusive deal was brilliant as the food was freshly cooked for you and the choice was realy varied. They als have 2 pool areas with plenty of room for sunbathing. This 3* accomodation was better than some 4* Hotels that we have stayed in. The staff are very friendly and the place is spotless. When we return to Ibiza again this will be the hotel that we will stay in....

Great and quiet big hotel I and my two friends stayed at this hotel for 5 days. We booked a single room with double beds. The room was quite good and clean. But the only problem was the bathroom which we spotted dirt in the corner. But on our request a staff of the hotel came and cleaned it. In the room there was a phone TV desk and a chair. It had a terrace also. If you want some peace then it is better you go to the restaurant. It will make you feel that you have entered in to a different world. About the food I am not going to comment anything because you might like the taste while for me it was little bit a weird. There is also a swimming pool to take refreshing dips. We went every night to enjoy the cool water after a tiresome journey throughout the day. My experience of staying at this hotel was a good one and my friends also liked the hotel. ...
